I never get the impression when Sharon says, "How may I be of help to you?" that she really means "How can I answer you the quickest way I can and get off the phone with the least effort possible?" I always get the impression that solving my challenge and putting me further along the journey to my goal, is her primary concern. When she says, "how can I help you?", she means it and I don't feel hurried as she goes through the process of helping me solve my issue. She is truly a gem of a customer service person. So many companies put inept people in a position where they should be helping to avert a problem, but because of their attitude, they just make it worse. Sharon is just the opposite. Whatever you are paying her, is not enough. I have been involved in sales for 33 years, and my attitude is as young as when I first started. However, calling the home office in past companies, has not been a pleasant thought or exercise. But when calling U1st, I just hope I get Sharon, as I know that my problem is halved when she picks up the phone. All the reps are good, but I feel Sharon has a PHD in customer service. Now I am not going to invent problems just to be able to call support, but it is comforting to know that if I have a problem, the solution is just a phone call away. Thanks for being a company who sincerely cares, and you show that with employees like" Sharon.
